How custom orders work

1. Send the idea: share what you want made, designed, printed, personalized, or planned.
2. We review the details: Metrics & Matter checks the files, materials, quantity, timeline, and best production path.
3. You receive a quote: pricing is provided after the project details are reviewed. Quote requests are not free products.
4. Approve the direction: a mockup, layout, or project direction may be reviewed before production begins.
5. We create or deliver: final files, printed goods, custom pieces, or project visuals are prepared based on the approved request.
