We want you to be happy with your order. Please review our refund and return guidelines below before placing an order.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, digital, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or there was an error with the order.

Approved Returns

For eligible non-custom items, returns may be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within the approved return window. Customers must contact us before sending any item back.

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. If the issue was caused by our error, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement, correction, or refund when appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
