Products and Services

Metrics & Matter, LLC offers digital design services, custom fabrication, 3D printed items, Cricut/custom cut items, personalized products, business materials, specialty goods, and other creative or project-based services.

Some items may be handmade, customized, made-to-order, or produced in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, size, finish, material, or appearance may occur. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or discontinue any product or service at any time.

Custom Orders and Design Approval

Custom, personalized, digital, and made-to-order items may require customer approval before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to review spelling, names, dates, colors, layout, sizing, and all design details before approval.

Once a design is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible. If changes are requested after approval, additional fees may apply.

Metrics & Matter, LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including but not limited to misspellings, wrong dates, incorrect names, incorrect sizing, or layout preferences.

Digital Designs and Files

Digital files, mockups, graphics, templates, and design work are for the customer’s intended personal or business use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, or claim our digital designs, templates, files, or creative work as your own.

Final file types, print quality, sizing, and color appearance may vary depending on the customer’s printer, screen settings, material choice, software, or production method.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For custom projects, deposits or full payment may be required before design or production starts.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders, or update product information at any time.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing times vary depending on the product, order size, customization requirements, material availability, and current workload.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Metrics & Matter, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or delivery issues outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fees

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full return and refund details.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, digital, clearance, and final sale items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or there was an error caused by us.

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was received.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, images, product photos, text, designs, templates, digital files, branding, and layouts, is the property of Metrics & Matter, LLC or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use any content from this website without written permission.

Customer-Provided Content

If you submit logos, images, names, designs, wording, or other content for a custom order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use that content.

Metrics & Matter, LLC is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership issues related to customer-provided materials. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring they have permission to use any submitted content.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, colors, images, and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all information on the site will always be error-free, complete, or current.

Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, printing methods, materials, and lighting.

Limitation of Liability

Metrics & Matter, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of our website, products, services, or digital files.

Our maximum liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
