Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Metrics & Matter, LLC. Please review the information below before placing an order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the product type, order size, customization details, material availability, and current workload.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, 3D printed, Cricut-cut, laser-engraved, digital design, and specialty project-based items may require additional processing time.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Because many of our products and services are custom or made-to-order, production begins after payment is received and any required design details or approvals have been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, wording, dates, design details, colors, sizing, shipping information, and any other customization requests.

Delays in customer responses, missing information, or delayed design approval may extend processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order details, package size, package weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Shipping Time

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Metrics & Matter, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, missed delivery attempts, or delivery issues outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Metrics & Matter, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. We will do our best to help provide tracking information when available.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.

Damage claims must be reviewed before a replacement, correction, or refund can be approved.

Local Pickup or Delivery

If local pickup or local delivery is offered, details will be provided at checkout or arranged directly with the customer.

Customers must pick up orders within the agreed timeframe. Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be subject to cancellation or additional storage/handling requirements.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Order Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order or shipping address.

Once an order has entered production, been packed, or shipped, changes may not be possible.
